We have received our loan offer from the SBA. We have been approved for $346,000.00, at 2.5% for 30 years. Monthly payments would be $1,429.00. We may request more money in the future to cover expenses incurred from the dock.
As per Club by laws a majority vote from the members is needed to approve this expenditure.
The meeting will be Friday, January 5th 2018 at 6:00 P.M. at the Club.
Please come to the meeting as this is a major decision regarding the Club's future.
